Bodywork is "investigative" massage. I will do my best to put pieces together of what may cause muscle pain or discomfort. I will then address the source and not only the symptoms. It may include Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, percussion Therapy and other.

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure area throughout the body. It may include Trigger Point or Myofascial Release Therapy.

"Designed as a 'moving meditation,' this specialized therapy prepares the body for deep, uninterrupted rest. This massage centers on calming the nervous system and regulating breathing through exceptionally slow, rhythmic strokes. The experience incorporates lengthy feet and scalp massage to quiet a 'busy brain' and reset your internal rhythm.
